Super Velvet® is a traditional combination layered carpet underlay consisting of 70/30 wool / rubber base, textured velvet fibres joined to a deluxe rubber crumb base. It’s combination of wool provides heat insulation and the rubber for sound proofing. The two materials combined excel in reducing acoustic & impact noise; so it’s ideal for those noisy people upstairs!
